At Baddie of the Scentury, luxury is intentional. Every order is carefully prepared for baddies who value power, presence, glowing skin, and unforgettable scent. Please review the policy below before placing your order.

  • All orders are hand-prepared and processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    This time allows us to:
    • Prepare butter creams, body oils, and perfumes with care
    • Perform quality checks
    • Package your order with luxury standards

    Processing time is separate from shipping time. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout.

    Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and carrier pricing.

  • Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly and completely at checkout.
    • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Once a package is marked delivered, Baddie of the Scentury is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

    We recommend shipping to a secure location. Any delivery issues must be handled directly with the carrier.

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at baddiescenturycs@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue

    Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

  • Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards:

    We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders.

    Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be returned.

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase as long as the order has not yet entered processing.

    Once an order has begun processing or has shipped:
    • Cancellations are no longer accepted
    • Refunds will not be issued
